Overstamping

If your horse fulfils the Purebred or Partbred criteria detailed on the foal registration guide and your horse passport was not issued by Trakehners UK, you can apply to have your horses passport over stamped and the details entered within the relevant stud book.

Please download the form below and complete all the sections signing the form as necessary.
Send the completed form together with a cheque in the sum of £15.00 with the passport to the Registrar. Alternatively you can pay online using the link below.

The passport will be over stamped and signed by the Registrar.

The passport is then sent to the owner / breeder by Recorded Delivery with a letter asking the owner to notify that it is received safely.
