STEP 1. You must send the Covering certificate / Foaling return to the applicable Registrar * within 30 days of the foals birth. Please be advised it must be both clearly and fully completed including the written ID . ( Failure to do this will result in its return to you for completion.)

STEP 2. You have a further 60 days to send the fully completed registration document and ID sheet to the applicable registrar. The ID sheet must include the Microchip bar code sticker. ( failure to send properly completed documents will result in them being returned to you for completion ). Step 2. must include the Registration fee or the registration will not be processed until it is paid.
